Faran Md Aaraf is an energetic and versatile person with a prime focus on the completion of tasks at hand. He specialises in Criminal Law and Human Rights. He has experience in various specialised areas of law through his involvement in Academic research and is a UNESCO fellow under UMSAILS.

In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Faran has achieved accreditation as a Dispute Resolution Specialist and holds esteemed titles such as Accredited Civil Commercial Mediator and Associate Arbitrator from ADR-ODR International. This extensive training allows him to effectively navigate complex legal disputes and contribute to amicable resolutions for the parties involved.

Mr Faran is also well-versed in commercial and admiralty matters and has experience in meeting the needs of the clients. He is an open-minded person and is very approachable. He also received some training in family court mediation and other family matters, which enables him to understand the power dynamics between departing partners.
