Our chamber is one of the rapidly growing law chambers capable of providing international arbitration related legal services. We has created a separate department comprising three lawyers who are responsible for such matters. The chamber acted as local counsel for Power Sector Company, Ship Owner in a number of international arbitration e.g. LCIA, GMAA and ICC.
Under the leadership of Dr. Khaled Hamid Chowdhury, the chamber meet the needs of the clients. Our chamber have got the expertise in handling both local and international arbitrations. In most international arbitration we acted as local counsel and provided legal, factual and documentary support for international arbitration taking place outside Bangladesh e.g. LMAA, CIAC etc.
