Our chamber has long experience of assisting both the public sector & private sector entities in the constriction sector in resolving disputes. Our involvement have been found crucial at procurement, awarding, implementation stages. While at the procurement stages, disputes are resolved at High court or CPTU, at awarding and implementation stages the disputes are mostly resolved by arbitration or mediation.
How can we help
We oversee construction contract documentation and direct agreement negotiations amidst engineers, project contractors, sub-contractors and providers. The chamber addresses proprietors, developers and project workers on the whole phase of advancement of lodgings and private residence, and commercial premises.
