He is currently the Head of Programme of Human Rights and Legal Aid Services (HRLS) at BRAC.<\/p>\n
He has been invited to join the Global Mediation Panel of the United Nations (https:\/\/fpombudsman.org\/global-mediation-panel\/<\/a>). He has worked as country mediator of the Compliance Advisor Ombudsman of the World Bank Group (http:\/\/www.cao-ombudsman.org\/<\/a>) and a mediator for the Independent Redress mechanism of Green Climate Fund (https:\/\/irm.greenclimate.fund\/about-the-irm<\/a>).<\/p>\n He is associated with Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) as a panel mediator and master trainer. Shahariar was a partner and course coordinator of London College of Legal Studies (South), an institution which provides teaching support for qualifying law degree under English law. He had been an adjunct faculty of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh and University of Dhaka. He was the Academic Coordinator and Research Manager of South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies (SAILS) and played the key role of Academic Coordinator at the Centre for Peace and Justice (CPJ), BRAC University.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/u><\/strong>Mr Sadat is an ex-cadet of Barishal Cadet College. Completed SSC and HSC with distinction. He has primarily graduated in Economics from University of Dhaka and achieved Master\u2019s in Social Science in Economics.
